Creating on his extensive and illustrious experience in quality assurance, the inspector identified a number of areas where our institutions systems and practices could be improved. His advice on how to modify our disability policy, handbook, website, and student feedback in particular was very helpful. We appreciate the inspector taking the time to carefully and deliberately examine our operations.
